Parlato was born in Vico Equense (NA) in 1957, he graduated from the Secondary School of Art in Sorrento and attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples. He participated in numerous collective exhibitions, soon gaining public and critical approval. His own talent, the deep knowledge of the use of colours and his technical perfection make Parlato one of the most appreciated and requested painters from collectors and international galleries. Refined portrait painter in the use of vivid clear colours and lines, he represents Mediterranean somatic features; light and colours belonging to his own place.
Present in several art publications, his paintings are exposed in the most important national and international galleries.
